It Just Takes One

On September 27, 2016, UBGC launched our It Just Takes One Campaign generously hosted by Sarah & Roger Chrisman at the Santa Barbara Yacht Club. You are invited to invest in our It Just Takes One Campaign and ensure that all young people in Santa Barbara County have access to the opportunity and resources they need to succeed. With your help, UBGC will be the premier youth serving organization in Santa Barbara County through best-in-class staff, cutting edge programming, and by driving collaboration and advocacy on behalf of all youth. We are committed to reaching more kids, more often and with deeper impact through strengthening our foundation and through the strategic growth and expansion of our programs. By the end of 2020, our goal is to double the number of youth we are serving across the County from roughly 3,000 to 6,000 with a major emphasis on engaging more teens while simultaneously driving down our staff to youth ratio from 15:1 to 12:1.

These include the following events: Rally 4 Kids (May 14, 2016), Carpinteria Kids Benefit Auction and Dinner (June 4, 2016), UBGC Golf Tournament (June 13, 2016) and our Fall Gala (October 22, 2016).

Benefits of the campaign include:

  • Premier tables and/or seats at all events
  • Banners in all of our Club gymnasiums providing county-wide exposure
