United Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara County is a non-profit organization that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and teens to learn, grow, and have fun. As the vice president of operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our club, including program development and implementation, staff supervision and training, budget management, facility maintenance, and community relations. You will also work closely with the CEO, the board of directors, and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, values, and strategic goals.
