Teen Program Specialist

Teen Program Specialist Wanted at two of our Clubs: Santa Barbara Downtown

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of teens? Do you have experience in youth development, education, or recreation? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our teen program specialist position.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person who can plan and organize daily activities and programs for our teen club members. You will work with teens from diverse backgrounds and help them develop their skills, interests, and goals. You will also recruit, train, and supervise teen volunteers and mentors, and collaborate with other community organizations and partners.
