From Santa Barbara to Lompoc, there's a clubhouse close to home. Rentals start at $2,250 for up to 150 guests and include a staff monitor, security guards, and basic cleaning.

When you rent a UBGC clubhouse, you get a spacious, affordable venue with staff and security included. Your rental fee also goes straight back into after-school programs, meals, and mentorship for kids across Santa Barbara County. It's a celebration that gives back.

Simple, all-in pricing

  • Up to 150 guests: $2,250

  • Up to 200 guests: $3,000

  • Up to 250 guests: $3,750

Every rental includes:

  • An on-site staff monitor

  • Security guards

  • Basic cleaning service

A $750 refundable security deposit is required (money order or cashier's check only).

From couch to campfire in 4 steps

  1. Reach out. Email Jesse Gonzalez, Area Director, at jgonzalez@unitedbg.org with your preferred date, location, and estimated guest count.

  2. Lock in your date. Submit your $750 refundable deposit to hold your spot.

  3. Pay in full. All rental fees are due one month before your event.

  4. Send proof of insurance. Liability insurance is due two weeks before your event.

Good to know

  • Guests may arrive starting at 4:00 PM

  • Alcohol service ends at 9:30 PM, music ends at 10:00 PM, and clean-up wraps by 11:00 PM

  • Beer and wine only, no glass bottles

  • No grills allowed

  • Cancellations: 60 days out, you forfeit 30% of the deposit. Within 30 days, you forfeit the full deposit.

Camp Whittier

Looking for something bigger? Head to camp.

Tucked into the hills of the Santa Ynez Valley, Camp Whittier is UBGC's outdoor retreat, complete with a full kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. It's a great fit for retreats, team offsites, and outdoor celebrations. Email Jesse to ask about availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Camp Whittier sits in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley on ancestral Chumash land, just across the road from Lake Cachuma and adjacent to Los Padres National Forest. Surrounded by rolling hills and red and white oaks, we're open year-round to groups and schools.

  • Our Westside Club and Camp Whittier both have full kitchens. The other clubhouses don't, so plan on food that arrives ready to serve.

  • Yes! Bring your own caterer or cook for the crowd yourself. Just remember, no grills.

  • Absolutely. Make it yours! We just ask that you leave the space the way you found it.

  • We're flexible. Let us know your setup needs when you book and we'll work it out together.

  • Start with your homeowner's or renter's insurance agent, since many can add a one-day event policy. You can also buy special event coverage online in a few minutes. Just make sure the policy covers your event date and guest count.

  • Your $750 deposit is fully refundable as long as the space is left in good condition.
