Volunteers NeededCoach
As a volunteer coach, you'll lead after-school practices and a weekly game, helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and teamwork on and off the field. You don't need to be a former pro. If you know the game, show up consistently, and care about kids, you're exactly who we're looking for.
What you'll do:
Run practices that teach fundamentals and keep things fun
Coach your team through a weekly game
Model sportsmanship, respect, and a positive attitude
Encourage every player, not just the standouts
Why it matters: For a lot of our kids, this team is where they learn to keep going after a missed shot, lean on their teammates, and believe they can get better with practice. Those lessons stick long after the season ends. You'll see the impact every single day.
Referee
As a volunteer referee, you'll officiate our weekly games and make sure every kid gets a fair shot to compete. You don't need official certification. If you know the game, stay calm under pressure, and want to support kids, we'd love to have you.
What you'll do:
Officiate weekly games with fairness and consistency
Enforce rules while keeping the focus on learning and fun
Help players understand calls so they grow from the game
Model sportsmanship and respect for players, coaches, and families
Why it matters: A good ref does more than call fouls. You show kids that rules matter, that respect goes both ways, and that how you play is just as important as the final score. Those are lessons they'll carry well beyond the field.
